Founder and visionary leader, Bonita Clemons has over 20 years of experience in Integrative Health. She received her Master's Degree in Public Health from the University of South Carolina and earned numerous certifications, including, Integrative Nutrition, Motivational Interviewing Techniques, and Group Lifestyle Balance.  Bonita is a guest lecturer on health and wellness in the USA and abroad (Egypt, Netherlands, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, and the Philippines).
